Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Nithra Upskills (a service operated by Nithra Apps India Private Limited). We strive to provide the best training experience possible.

1. General Refund Terms

Due to the live interactive nature and low cost of our training webinars (₹99), registration fees are generally non-refundable once enrollment is processed.

2. Exceptions and Rescheduling

Refunds or batch adjustments will only be considered under the following conditions:

• Session Cancellation: If Nithra Upskills cancels the scheduled live training session and is unable to reschedule it within 7 days, a full 100% refund will be issued to your payment source.
• Technical Failure: In the event that a server-side crash or system error on our platform prevents you from attending the training, you can request a seat transfer to the next available batch or request a refund within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or batch change under the conditions stated above:

Please send an email to training@nithrajobs.com with your payment confirmation receipt, registered mobile number, and the reason for your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
